Our Food, Our Health and Our Environment
The book The China Study is a compilation of research conducted over
the last 30 years suggesting a strong correlation between the
consumption of animal protein and "diseases of affluence" such as
heart disease, diabetes, cancer and obesity...
Meridian is sponsoring a community outreach campaign to
present this new nutritional information to the community.
